I recently had the pleasure of staying at a magical property in Curry Mallet. The house was full of character and history, making it a truly enchanting experience. The beautiful garden was so peaceful, with the flowers dancing in the wind.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming country house with its beautiful garden and terrace. The tranquil atmosphere created the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying a glass of wine while admiring the stunning surroundings. It felt like stepping into a magical oasis, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We had a fantastic stay at the Manor House in Curry Mallet. The architecture of this historic building is truly amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning about its history. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, we loved having a private and modern bathroom, complete with a luxurious large bath. The location was perfect, allowing us to visit our local friends and enjoy a great pub just around the corner. We highly recommend a stay at the Manor House and look forward to returning in the future.

There was a faint but ever-present smell of tobacco in the property, which may bother some guests. the bedding was made of poly-cotton, rather than cotton sheets/duvet covers, which could be a preference for some.

As a couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and historic manor house. the owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and even helped us find a local pub for dinner when we arrived much later than expected - a very thoughtful gesture. the breakfast spread offered a variety of options including fruit, cereals, and a choice of chocolate or plain croissants. We particularly enjoyed the homemade jams and the selection of teas and herbal teas. Our room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and a contemporary private bathroom. the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere made it the perfect weekend base.

The breakfast offerings were quite extensive with a variety of cereals, yoghurt, juices, tea, toast, and pastries. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy to explore the charming villages of Somerset. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One major downside was the smell of cigarette smoke that seemed to permeate the property at times. It was quite unpleasant and appeared to seep through the floorboards and down the hallway.

The breakfast spread was incredibly delicious with a variety of options like chocolate croissants, homemade jams, and local apple juice. Will, the attentive breakfast host, made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was super cozy, and the private bathroom was modern and stylish. The beautiful, peaceful surroundings made it the perfect weekend getaway. Their knowledge of the history of the building added to the enchanting experience. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this magical property!
